Outer 1858 with 1d red star letters RD tied by experimental roller cancel third type with lines between numerals. Also has "Posted since 7:20 last night" Edinburgh local stamp dated MY-12-1858. Nice piece, the third type roller cancels were used at the same time as the "Posted Since" handstamps
