Entire Aberdeen to Edinburgh, with ABERDEEN PAID NO-23-1830 in red, plus Edinburgh arrival mark of NOV-24-1830 in black, and manuscript postage rate of 2d in red. According to Auckland 2nd Edition, the rectangular ABERDEEN/PAID datestamp is only recorded used in red from 1843 to 1852, so a rare early usage of the red stamp.
