Outer 1857 Edinburgh to Blairgowrie with experimental "roller" cancellation second type without vertical lines between numerals. Backstamped Edinburgh MAR-10-1857 and Blairgowrie MAR-11-1857 in green. Experimental roller cancels on cover are rare - I found a single with this cancel priced on Bill Barrell for £50!

Outer 1855 Norwich to Derby with 1d red Star tied by sideways duplex cancel of Norwich 575 dated DE 22 1855. Backstamped by DERBY CDS dated DE 24 55, plus ROCKLAND double rim CDS in bluish ink. Rockland appears to be the sending post office, but has then been forwarded to Norwich to be cancelled. Interesting piece, some of the writing on the outside of the envelope seems to refer to parties in a deceased estate

Entire 1853 Edinburgh to Stratford with 1d red imperf letter KG with 4 good to large margins, tied by barred numeral cancel 131 of Edinburgh, and also Edinburgh CDS Sep-22 and London arrival mark dated Sep-23-1853. This letter has then been correctly sent to Stratford at the first attempt (see item CSC-000190)! Nice piece
